We only accept return if your item/s contain factory defects and you notify us within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and in a resell-able condition. To arrange a return please submit a request true our website (contact us). Please include reason for the return. Once your item/s are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. If the items are in an acceptable condition a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to one week to appear on your PayPal or bank account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot refund returned orders that we did not receive it.
If the product is dead-on-arrival, for domestic purchases (UK), we will cover the shipping costs for returning it back to us. For other warranty related repairs, the Customer will need to cover the shipping charges to us.

We can give a partial refund for items that have been returned used, damaged or with missing parts.

Good condition:

·         Missing original packaging

·         Factory or vacuum seal is broken/opened but the item is still in its original condition

5%–10% deduction

Fair condition:

·         Missing parts

·         Some signs of wear or use

·         Item has been installed or used.

·         Original tags missing

15%–30% deduction

Poor condition:

·         Significant signs of wear, or significantly different than how it was shipped to the buyer

·         Missing essential parts

·         Item is damaged, scratched, defective, or requires service or repair 

·         Opened items that cannot be resold

·         Sold multiple items but the buyer didn't return all of them 

35%–50% deduction
