This could be your spare fast charger or if use as additional charger when needed realy quick charge. It is much much quicker then standard 2A charger. Its basically 2 times faster then standard. This 4A can charge the scooter more or less 4-5h from flat to full. Obviously it's depended from your battery capacity.

To calculate (approximate) charging time, add 20 percent of lost to your battery capacity ex. (10ah x 20% = 12) then divide you result by the charging current of the charger, which is 4 Amps in this case. So empty 10 Ah battery will charge in about (12/4 = 3) more or less 3h included factoring in final balancing.

"Technical advice"

You may know or may not. Your scooter charging port is under power at all the time. To avoid any unexpected sparks when you going to connect charger plug to your scooter. It's best to plug the charger first to your wall socket and switch it on and then plug in to your scooter.  This Manufacturer recommendation. Better safe then sorry...
